Alfredo Macchi, born in 1967, at age 13 he wanted to become a journalist. Today we can definitely say that I’ve made. After several collaborations in his youth (Courier, L’Espresso, Radio Popolare, Rai), to 25 years arrives in Mediaset where he works as a correspondent from the major crisis scenarios.
Kosovo, twin towers, Afghanistan, the devastation of the tsunami in Tamil Nadu (India), Lebanon, Iraq, Haiti and the Arab Spring: Macchi testified with its services and report the most tragic events of our time. In 2009, after trying several times, he won the Alps for the best Italian short reportage.
